Pan Abode Homes provides a significant selection of structural systems, including both solid wood and conventionally framed wall systems, allowing us to design and supply nearly any style wood home or building to meet your customer’s dream or objective. We approach each project as custom. There are no price premiums involved in bringing us a design concept that we have not seen before, or in changing products in the Pan Abode material package. All pricing is addressed simply on a materials and process basis. You and your customer will work directly with our architectural designers in creating the project. If the project design path leads toward uncommon cost levels to achieve engineered integrity, we will point that out and discuss alternatives. The final decision is up to the customer. Pan Abode provides dealership training, coaching, marketing materials, pricing, design & engineering expertise, material preparation, consolidation, organization, delivery coordination and construction guidance. Our dealers help customers through all of the design and material decisions. They help compose an initial sketch and definition of a home for Pan Abode to quote. Then, they help and facilitate the customers’ contacts for lenders, builders and building permits. When materials arrive on the jobsite, the dealer helps with inventory and makes sure the builder has no problems. Many dealers are very creative in developing their sales process and service package. In addition we have dealers who have significant portions of their business activity directed at speculative construction as part of their business program and are participating in the pre-built new home market.
